Access to your unit is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do request that you inform us by message or telephone for access after 20:00.  Our wooden warehouse storage boxes are access by appointment only. Office hours are listed on our contact us tab.

Payment can completed by BACS. Alternatively, direct debit can also be set up if you wish.

Every 4 weeks we will issue a summary of your account showing previous payments and when your next payment is due. 

4 weeks is the minimum initial storage term. After this period, payment is every 4 weeks unless you wish to pay further in advance and any unused weeks are refunded accordingly.  

There are no mains supplies to any unit.

CISA Insurance Padlocks can be rented from us at £1 per week and a £20 refundable deposit. However, if the key is lost the deposit is no longer refundable.  If you use your own padlock and lose the key, you need to notify us so the lock can be removed at the cost of £20 which will be added to your statement.

Spalding Container Storage do not insure your goods. Although, we are an approved self storage facility with self storage insurance experts Insurastore - allowing you to take out insurance to suit your requirements.

Some household policies include storage, please check your policy. 

Yes, however 2 weeks notice is required prior to vacating the unit. If you move out before the weeks you have already paid for, we will refund any full weeks.
